In this role, you will oversee the delivery of software deployment projects for our global airport clients, ensuring alignment with our company's core values.

You will make an impact by....

Take full accountability for planning, executing, and delivering software deployment projects within scope, budget, and timelines. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and progress reports, ensuring transparency with stakeholders. Rigorously utilise the company's best practice processes and in line with all policies. Establish and maintain high standards for quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively monitor project risks / opportunities, implement mitigation / capture strategies, and adapt plans as required to ensure successful outcomes. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, deeply understanding their needs and ensuring alignment with project objectives. Ensure that customer's requirements originating from your contracts are delivered to the Product Development Team in accordance with the Company's processes. Support post-implementation activities, including client training, documentation, and issue resolution, ensuring long-term client satisfaction. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical staff, third party local partners and external stakeholders, to achieve shared goals Facilitate regular progress and status updates, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders. Depending on the contract structure, work in collaboration with the Programme Manager from ADB SAFEGATE Region to manage the delivery of one or more Work Packages Provide pre-sales support for opportunities and / or act as the Opportunity Manager for specific opportunities as defined within the company's Opportunity Management Framework Mentor and empower team members, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and accountability. Promote continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and refining project management processes.

The talent we want to inspire has...

Proven experience managing complex, business-critical, real-time software implementation projects, ideally 6-12 months in duration, with a strong focus on accountability and ownership of deliverables Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships and align diverse stakeholders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a varied team of supporting roles and resources whist seeking out ambiguity and clearly setting and managing expectations Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality outcomes while balancing competing internal priorities Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to anticipate and exceed client expectations ( Strong presentation skills with the ability to hold and read an audience and adapt to the situation Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 practitioner). Willingness and ability to travel and work overseas (typically 1- or 2-week trips at a time as dictated by the project schedule). A typical project duration is 12-18 months with visits needed for Kick/Design, Installation, Acceptance, Training and Go-live. Travel requirements may change year-on-year depending on projects assigned but approximately 8 weeks per annum would be required (as 1- or 2-week trips).

This would be a plus but not a must!

Additional language skills, especially Spanish or Portuguese, to enhance client relationships and collaboration Experience working in or delivering software solutions for airports or the aviation industry. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, MS Excel, SAP) Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities, with a growth mindset and ability to inspire others Proven ability to lead teams in a collaborative environment while driving excellence and achieving results. An IT or systems engineering background. Experience of international working, including appreciation of the importance of understanding and meeting local legislative and cultural requirements
