We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team at Integrated Doorset Solutions Limited in Mansfield. Job Purpose & Responsibilities:



To analyse pre and post contract, Architect Schedules and Drawings to include specifications L20 & P21) (contracts will vary on supply strategy) Interfacing with the drawing office internally for any supporting information that allows schedules to be signed off easier. Interfacing with the technical office internally for any supporting information and compliance checks. Working alongside the project scheduler to arrange the manufacturing schedules, drawings and any other associated information to be signed off prior to production. Coordinating any sample requests to support sign off. Co-ordination with the commercial manager on recovery and back up to support same. As deemed necessary, attending site-based meetings and workshops, to progress the project and feedback to the customer Communication with the customer throughout the contract duration. To ensure that a "right first time" approach is applied to his/her areas of responsibility. This will require proper planning and effective communication with various personnel within the company Weekly updates to the customer on delivery timelines, information flow, supporting production planning on creating delivery reports in support of production products. Ensure relevant design changes within a contract are captured and inform relevant line management personnel of these design changes Raise any design changes to the estimating (pre order) / commercial manager (post order), drawing department and validate compliance with the technical manager Close liaison with the production team for to ensure delivery protocols are then communicated to the customer. To collaborate with internal departments and customers to ensure that all technical requirements for customer orders are finalised and agreed Ensuring the relevant information is available for weekly internal / external co-ordination meetings reporting thus to ensure workload is shared and administrated as per contract required timescales Support full detail for recovery of variations To support the office staff in conducting final checks on all-in-one estimating scheduling system and CNC information prior to hand over to manufacturing Managing the samples procedure and development of the systems from customer to delivery Ensure O&M's certificates, tech subs and suchlike are submitted to mitigate any sign off delays

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:



The job holder should have a minimum of 5 - 6 years' experience in an office, joinery or manufacturing environment, project management and technical management Commercial awareness associated with design alterations / contract durations Good IT skills are required in the areas of Microsoft, and particularly Excel. In addition, the job holder will need to continually strengthen his/her IT skills. Good social skills to interact both internal and external to customers during the contract journey
