Thompson's Refurbishments is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of multiple high-end residential and commercial projects. Your Role Will Involve:

Managing multiple concurrent projects ranging from 3-18 months duration Leading site teams and coordinating trades to maintain project momentum Utilising Procore to track progress, manage documentation, and ensure transparency Conducting regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and timelines Liaising with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure clear communication Managing project budgets and controlling costs without compromising quality Driving accountability across all team members and subcontractors Ensuring exceptional workmanship standards are maintained throughout Preparing and presenting project updates to senior management Problem-solving on-site challenges with a solutions-focused approach Maintaining health & safety compliance across all projects
What We're Looking For:

Extensive experience managing high-end residential or commercial projects Proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time and within budget Tech-savvy with ability to quickly master project management software (Procore experience beneficial - training provided) Exceptional time management skills with ability to prioritise effectively Strong leadership qualities with the confidence to drive accountability Outstanding communication skills at all levels Deep understanding of construction processes and quality standards Qualifications (PRINCE2, APM, degree) preferred but vast knowledge and experience valued above all Full UK driving licence (for van use) A relentless commitment to excellence and exceptional workmanship
