Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Project Manager

to lead and oversee a variety of projects across our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with a proven track record in managing complex initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive project success through effective planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and strategic objectives. The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and delivering projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities



Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget. Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and motivation. Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues early and implement effective solutions. Gather requirements from stakeholders to define project scope and objectives clearly. Utilise project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent tools for scheduling and tracking progress. Manage risks proactively by developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Facilitate communication among team members, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders through presentation skills and effective utilisation of platforms such as SharePoint or Confluence. Oversee requirements gathering sessions to ensure all stakeholder needs are captured accurately. Manage content within content management systems (CMS) to support project documentation and dissemination. Lead product management activities related to project deliverables and coordinate product development efforts.

Requirements



Proven supervising experience in managing diverse teams across multiple projects. Strong leadership qualities with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in project management software including Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms. Experience with requirements gathering, root cause analysis, risk management, and cost control techniques. Familiarity with organisational tools such as SharePoint, or Content Management Systems (CMS). Knowledge of CDM 2015 and knowledge of building safety act 2022 Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences. Data analysis skills using SAS or similar tools for reporting purposes. Ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively while maintaining focus on project objectives. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 42,000.00-50,000.00 per year
