We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver engineering projects across a wide range of products and systems. Based in Wymondham you'll take ownership of projects from the moment of receipt to successful completion, ensuring top-tier service for our clients.



What You'll Do



Manage engineering projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.



Develop detailed project plans, including scopes, deliverables, milestones, and resources.



Oversee risk assessments, mitigate potential project risks, and resolve issues proactively.



Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder engagement.



Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with company objectives.



Champion compliance with industry regulations, standards, and safety protocols.



Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.



Drive continuous improvement by analysing project performance and implementing lessons learned.



What We're Looking For

Essential:

3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an engineering environment.



Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).



Understanding of packaged equipment's.



Good coordination and leadership skills.



Previous experience in Oil and gas or Energy industry.



Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).



Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.



Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.



Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities.

Desirable:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.



Knowledge of the oil and gas industry.



PMP or equivalent project management certification.
