Job Description

WPS are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead delivery on our newly secured SHDF Retrofit contract in Oxfordshire. This is a high-impact programme targeting energy efficiency upgrades across

800 properties.




As the PM you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring compliance with PAS2035 standards and managing a multidisciplinary team. The role reports into our Operations Lead


?? Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of SHDF retrofit works including EWI, roof insulation, windows and doors, solar PV, and air source heat pumps Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards Manage subcontractors and internal teams Maintain compliance with health and safety and PAS2035 regulations Provide regular updates to stakeholders and clients

?? Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in planned works or retrofit projects Strong leadership and organisational skills Knowledge of PAS2035 and SHDF retrofit standards Ability to manage multiple workstreams and teams Experience in social housing environments is highly desirable
