We work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, offering 26 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays, Pension, Company Events and a commitment to Training and Development opportunities. We can offer this position as a hybrid role.

You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will be key in pulling together multiple workstreams towards an anticipated software launch and support planning for future phases. Primarily this will be managing cross-functional internal workstreams, with some collaboration required with external vendors. A strong emphasis will be placed on internal stakeholder management to support agile team delivery. Working closely with senior stakeholders, this role is crucial in keeping projects on track, ensuring optimised team productivity, and high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, estimate and define project scope ensuring it's challenged, 'right-sized' and appropriate for purpose. Manage projects through key stages of requirements, estimation, mobilisation, execution, testing, completion and post-completion warranty, all stages in line with defined quality standards. Deliver projects to agreed requirements, managing against cost, quality and time measures. Produce project status and exception reporting. Lead project progress meetings. Manage project dependencies, risks and issues, taking full accountability for mitigating risks to project deadlines. Manage project resources to ensure successful outcomes. Resolve any project exceptions or issues. Budget management, including exposure to finance-related projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

Project Management certification preferred (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, PMP). Hands-on experience with agile and waterfall project management methodologies. Experience managing multiple simultaneous IT projects in software development and technology infrastructure. Organised and structured with good time management skills. Dealing with ambiguity and bringing clarity to complex situations. Self-starter with proven ability to take accountability for stakeholder management and project delivery. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in working with senior stakeholders including c-suite.
