Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
\xc2\xb7Ensure the safe execution of all assigned works, prioritizing health and safety compliance for workers, sub-contractors, site visitors, and the public.
\xc2\xb7Create and review essential health and safety documentation, including construction phase plans, RAMS, and job packs.
\xc2\xb7Foster the development of efficient and productive works teams, inspiring individuals to achieve targets.
\xc2\xb7Engage with clients and build strong business relationships.
\xc2\xb7Conduct site visits to provide reports for the commercial department\'s pricing purposes.
\xc2\xb7Proficiently read and interpret site drawings and specifications.
\xc2\xb7Identify temporary works items and establish a register for temporary works.
\xc2\xb7Supervise and verify temporary works elements according to prepared designs.
\xc2\xb7Independently generate comprehensive records to complete scheme Health and Safety files.
\xc2\xb7Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPS) and their role in quality control on-site.

Qualifications and Experience:
\xc2\xb7HNC/ HND in Civil Engineering.
\xc2\xb7CSCS Manager Card.
\xc2\xb7SMSTS.
\xc2\xb7Confident using MS Project.
\xc2\xb7Previous experience in a similar role in the Highways/Civil Engineering industry.
\xc2\xb7NRSWA Accreditation (Desirable).

\xc2\xb7Strong mentoring capabilities and exceptional leadership skills.
\xc2\xb7Excellent time and task management skills.
\xc2\xb7Proficient understanding of engineering principles and Health and Safety legislation.
\xc2\xb7Full clean driving license.
\xc2\xb7Skilful communication across various levels.
