We're now seeking multiple

Project Managers

to join our team to manage De-vegetation projects in

Scotland

,

Northern England

and the

South

.

Responsibilities

Supervise project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines Plan, deliver, and oversee

de-vegetation

works on rail assets to ensure safety and network performance. Conduct site audits to maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards. Support Site Managers to deliver works efficiently, on time, and to specification. Ensure adequate manning of jobs, coordinating resources and labour to meet programme requirements. Ensure compliance with Network Rail standards, H&S regulations, and internal processes. Manage P&L for assigned projects--monitor costs, invoicing, and profitability. Oversee quality control, ensuring high standards of workmanship and environmental stewardship. Liaise with clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships to secure repeat business. Report project progress, financial performance, and risks to senior management.

Skills

Proven Project Management experience within the rail industry, ideally on vegetation management, maintenance, or civils works. Understanding of Network Rail compliance and safety processes (PTS certification or ability to obtain). Strong financial acumen for managing project budgets and profitability. Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and support site teams. Flexible to travel between project sites and client meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 40,000.00-60,000.00 per year
