Elective Services is an NHS insourcing company that provides specialised onsite hospital services nationwide. Our offices are based in London and Milton Keynes. We are renowned for providing high quality expertise and services.
We are looking for a project manager to support some of our projects. This role is ideally for a home worker. Full training is given. It is initially a 1 year fixed term contract, with the potential to become a full-time permanent position.
The successful applicant will be responsible for planning and delivering healthcare services to NHS and some private hospitals:
Recruitment of Medical Professionals staff (telephone calls and emails)
Confident speaking with Medical Professionals and Clients
Preparing/updating rotas
Ensuring IT systems access for Medical Professionals (organised by clients)
Managing project data
Preparing assignment confirmations to hospitals
Clinical admin arrangements
Project onboarding information
IT and equipment information
Arranging induction, training and orientation for teams of Medical Professionals
Management information
Attending weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or ad-hoc performance reviews with internal team and / or customer
Liaising with compliance team to ensure Medical Professional staff pre-employment checks are completed prior to clinic start date
Additional duties will include:
Ensuring project delivery to timescale and budget.
Identifying and implementing improvements for process efficiency and budgeting.
Delegating tasks to Project Administrators.
Attending meetings with customers via MS Teams or in person at the customer site when necessary.
Liaising with the Business Developers, Clinicians and Admin teams to plan and deliver the service to customers.
The successful candidate must:
Be able to manage multiple projects at once for multiple customers
Be able to manage your own workload, be motivated, focussed, and dedicated to several project tasks at once.
Be able to work under pressure with a positive attitude at all times.
Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
A background in recruitment/resourcing is a big advantage or previous experience in Event Management is very advantageous as this transferrable skill has proven to be very successful within our current team.
