We are supporting our client in the search for a skilled Demolition Project Manager to oversee complex demolition projects across the UK. This is a senior-level role for an experienced manager with a proven track record in leading demolition projects, ensuring successful delivery while managing safety, timelines, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple demolition projects from planning to completion
Ensure all projects meet health & safety, environmental, and legal standards
Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders
Conduct regular site visits, risk assessments, and quality control checks
Maintain strong communication with clients and ensure satisfaction
Travel to project sites across the UK as needed
Required Qualifications:
CCDO Project Manager Card (or equivalent)
NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management (Demolition) or equivalent
Proven experience managing large-scale demolition projects
Strong knowledge of health & safety, environmental regulations, and project management principles
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Full UK driving license
Willingness to travel and stay away when required
