Project Manager - (Job Ref: 23N/PRJT)

The Precision Medicine market is growing rapidly. To meet the growing need to test patients in order to access the correct treatments, Randox Laboratories currently has a number of opportunities for driven individuals to join our dynamic and growing Pharma team.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing precision medicine projects to ensure successful delivery for our Pharma customers. The role will be based at our HQ in Ardmore, just outside Crumlin, and will require international travel on occasion.

The Role:

As a Project Manager, you will be expected to perform the following duties:

  • Assist with the general organisation and planning of precision medicine projects.
  • Act as a support for business development to progress new opportunities.
  • Manager relationships with pharma customers present on client calls and follow up on actions.
  • Develop and use organisational tools such as Gantt Charts for tracking project status.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively to ensure overall project delivery.

The Candidate:
Essential:
  • A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher in Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, Chemistry, or other Life Science disciplines.
  • Project management experience.
  • A strong work ethic, good time management, and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • The drive and ability to work on their own initiative, as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
Desirable:
  • Understanding of precision medicine market.
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical companies.
  • Project management qualifications.
