Key Responsibilities

Define scope, engage stakeholders, and secure investment. Mobilise teams and governance frameworks. Lead delivery across time, cost, and quality metrics. Manage risks, dependencies, and financial controls. Ensure compliance with cyber security and business change. Transition projects to BAU and close with full assurance.
