Roles & Responsibilities



Ensure the company meets and adheres to its technical standards Ensure the company meets and adheres to its Health and Safety and Environmental Standards. Act as lead Engineer on allocated projects responsible for inter-disciplinary coordination of design activities, quality assurance of engineering and design deliverables, coordination with procurement, construction, project controls and client personnel. Manage a internal site technicians and external labour support including subcontract suppliers Provide weekly and monthly data to meet KPI's, and financial monitoring and reporting on to inform the business Ensure focused liaison with ECS Production and design teams (internal customers) on project programme, contractual, commercial and technical requirements. Manage deployment and programming of resources to meet individual project requirements and the overall company targets. Ensure project progress meetings are scheduled and adhered to. Monitor project costs and highlight cost variances, with appropriate feedback to other departments. Liaise with the commercial team to Issue variation notices in accordance with the contract requirements (e.g. early warnings and compensation notices). Report any exceptions to the Commercial team. Any other duties assigned in line with the scope and seniority of the role

Skills & Qualifications



At least 5 years' experience in managing projects/site works HNC (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Good communication skills verbally and in writing Good negotiating and influencing skills to command professional respect at all levels. Experienced in team management Experience with rotating equipment/machinery
