About the Role

As a Project Manager in our EPS team, you'll be part of a fast-paced environment where delivering exceptional results, maintaining quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction are at the forefront. You'll manage multiple projects that span technical, compliance, and legal workstreams while supporting client programs to align with delivery objectives.
This client-facing role offers the chance to work across multidisciplinary teams, including internal EPS teams, 3rd party vendors, and business clients to implement impactful changes. You'll thrive if you enjoy taking ownership, staying organised, and working in an environment where you can make a tangible impact.
ResponsibilitiesClient Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand requirements and manage relationships effectively. Project Management: Oversee the implementation of new client requirements through various phases, from concept to rollout. Technical Delivery: Solve business problems by efficiently managing technical elements of client programs, ensuring minimal disruptions to ongoing services. Proactive Planning: Leverage tools like RAID logs and status reports to monitor and manage risks, timelines, and project delivery milestones. Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback and promote a collaborative and positive workplace atmosphere.

Key Skills and AttributesTechnical Aptitude: Comfortable operating in a technology-focused environment with the ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; confident in client-facing roles. Problem-Solving Mindset: Results-driven with the ability to navigate challenges and deliver solutions promptly. Organisational Savvy: Sharp attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple work streams efficiently. Collaborative Spirit: A team player open to feedback, mentoring, and personal growth opportunities. Language Bonus: French speaking is desirable but not essential.

Who You'll Work WithInternal EPS teams, 3rd-party partners, and suppliers. Direct interaction with clients, where your ability to build trust and instil confidence will be key.

QualificationsProven project management experience (internships or entry-level roles welcome). A passion for solving client business challenges using technology and innovation. UK-based availability, with a mix of office and homeworking.
