Join Us in Delivering Projects with Purpose




We're looking for a proactive and collaborative Project Manager to help deliver a range of strategic projects that drive real impact. You'll play a key role in turning ideas into action, working across teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects that support our mission and improve outcomes for the people and animals we serve.

As a Project Manager, you will:





Support the Senior Leadership Team in planning, developing, testing and implementing multiple projects in the PDSA pipeline.



Lead and coordinate project workstreams, ensuring collaboration across internal teams and external partners.



Develop detailed project structures and plans aligned with delivery goals, timelines and budgets.



Track and report project performance against defined KPIs, milestones, risks, and dependencies, in line with PMO and governance structures.



Manage all project artefacts as defined by the PMO Delivery Framework.



Conduct operational and financial analysis to ensure objectives are being met efficiently and effectively, recommending improvements where needed.



Develop effective stakeholder engagement strategies, including training and communication as needed.



Ensure compliance with internal policies and external legislation such as GDPR, and industry codes of practice.

We're seeking someone with:





Proven experience in both Waterfall and Agile project delivery.



Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of an organisation.



Ability to translate complex or ambiguous ideas into clear project requirements.



Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.


Understanding of portfolio management and governance frameworks.



Experience in matrix management structures would be beneficial but not essential



Familiarity with project-level resource planning and budget tracking.
