Project Manager / Webcast Technician
to join our growing team.
This is a hybrid role combining hands-on technical delivery with efficient project management and client liaison. You'll play a key role in ensuring that our live and virtual events run smoothly, from the planning stages through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and deliver live and virtual webcasts and webinars for global clients
Act as a key point of contact for clients before, during, and after events
Coordinate event schedules, logistics, and technical requirements
Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
Maintain clear documentation and follow project workflows accurately
As we deliver to a global audience, there may be requirements at times for unsociable hours, weekend work, and international travel
Skills and Experience
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Confident in using standard PC software and online collaboration tools
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Familiarity with webcast and virtual event platforms such as
Zoom, Adobe Connect, and Microsoft Teams, RTMP Streaming
(desirable but not essential)
