Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyse data, and implement effective solutions.

Duties

Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Conduct requirements gathering to ensure all stakeholder needs are met. Utilise tools such as Smartsheet and Confluence for project tracking and documentation. Perform data analysis to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes. Manage cost control measures to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with sales teams to align project objectives with business goals. Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines. Visit active sites to monitor progress and attend face to face meetings with the Client

Skills

Previous experience of copper and fibre data cable installations Proficient in data analysis and reporting. Strong communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and effectively. Proven experience in managing projects with a focus on delivering quality results. Familiarity with requirements gathering techniques to capture essential project details. Excellent data analysis skills to interpret complex information accurately. Experience using Project Management tools for project management tasks is advantageous. Knowledge of cost control practices to manage budgets effectively.
