Project Manager

to join our team and help us deliver outstanding results for our clients.

The Role:

As Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects. You will work alongside other Project Managers to coordinate teams, manage materials, liaise with clients, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards.

Your Role: What You'll Be Doing

You'll begin by learning the foundations, from how our systems work to how we communicate with teams and clients, and over time, take ownership of key project support tasks. You'll be a vital bridge between our project managers, installers, and back-office functions.

Starting Responsibilities (Foundation Phase)

Answering incoming calls and emails and logging updates in our internal CRM General admin support across projects and operations Learning the core systems and project workflow

Core Responsibilities (Progressive Phase):

Overseeing project delivery from initial client enquiry through to completion. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Manage project schedules, logistics, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and quality. Order and coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment for projects. Handle customer and supplier communications, including incoming enquiries and outbound calls. Produce accurate client quotations and ensure CRM systems are updated with project details and costs. Monitor the progress of installers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards. Continuously improve project processes to boost productivity and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in Construction, Home Improvement, Energy Efficiency, or a related field is preferred - but not essential if you have the right attitude and skills. Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with a client-focused mindset. Confident using CRM and project management software. Positive, solutions-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the company.
