What you\'ll be doing

As Project Manager you\'ll be part of a high functioning digital team of Project Managers to ensure the continued proficient delivery of web development projects for a variety of small to large clients in a range of industries.
As a successful agency a good structure exists with clear principles of best practice around process procedure and governance however the right person will be able to bring new ideas to the table and have the support to implement these ideas to improve efficiencies and work in a way that suits you. Whilst creating a close bond with fellow PM\'s you\'ll also benefit from the collaborative working style of others teams across BA QA Account Management Marketing Development and more.
The reason this role has come around is due to continued growth and internal promotions so you\'ll feel assured that there is a clear path to progression for you with training and development and that you\'re joining an agency in good financial shape with exciting expansion plans. Additionally this agency is part of a wider group of agencies so there is also the opportunity to work with other agencies on other projects and expand your network knowledge and reputation.
The right person will have strong understanding of various tech platforms and CMS such as Umbraco Kentico Sitecore Drupal Magento and Shopify for example and core PM skills around budgeting reporting governance and stakeholder management.
Whilst this role offers remote working there is the expectation to visit the office 1-2 times a month based in the north of England. In addition to remote working and flexitime the base salary is complimented by a 8-10% bonus paid quarterly and the opportunity to gain additional certifications career progression and work with some lovely clients across the board on various platforms.

What experience you\'ll need
  • Previous experience as Project/Account Manager or similar.
  • Previous experience in a digital/eCommerce/web development agency.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced agile agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of various CMS such as Kentico Umbraco Sitecore Magento Shopify for example.
  • Experienced with various project planning tools such as JIRA Team Gantt Hub Planner.
  • You\'ll need to be a confident communicator hands on approach to problem solving and ensuring that things keep running smoothly.
  • With strong communication and stakeholder management skills you\'ll ensure stakeholders are informed along the way obtaining buy-in and sign off for briefs ensuring everything runs smoothly from inception to delivery.
  • Naturally you\'ll be extremely organised ensuring projects are being delivered on time and on budget and everything runs like clockwork.
  • Comfortable working remotely with occasional office visits.
