Key Responsibilities:

Organize projects into actionable steps, set clear timeframes, and support internal teams in task assignment and delivery. Support the design, development, and management of activities related to specific products or product groups, from definition through to release and end-of-life. Document and review project and team documentation to maintain accuracy and clarity. Engage with business stakeholders to analyze, define, and document business processes across functional areas. Coordinate and manage relationships with third-party suppliers to ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs and contractual obligations. Apply diagnostic analysis techniques to identify opportunities for service or process improvements. Facilitate workshops to scope, map, and design business processes and solutions. Collaborate with functional leadership teams to plan and deliver SME training activities. Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues, and maintain clear reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with procurement and IT teams to evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing and contractual terms, and ensure compliance with company policies. Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain open, proactive communication across teams and business areas. Perform various administrative and coordinating tasks as required to support project delivery.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

Minimum of 8 years' experience in project analysis, coordination, or management. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, project management, IT, or related field. Strong planning and organizational skills to manage both expected and unexpected challenges. Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in questioning and challenging project assumptions. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across business functions to improve systems and processes. Solid understanding of project management principles, delivering multi-work stream projects on time, to budget, and quality standards. Analytical and conceptual thinking skills to diagnose issues and identify solutions. Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills, able to work with technical and non-technical teams. Experience in supplier/vendor management, negotiation, or procurement processes. Comfortable engaging directly with technical teams and discussing software, IT systems, and development processes. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments is advantageous. Commercially aware, with experience in processing contracts, managing service purchases, and dealing with contractual arrangements. Self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic, with a drive to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.

Pay: 26,000.00-36,000.00 per year
