A market leading, medium sized national Construction Consultancy in Bristol is looking to add a goal oriented, ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to their growing team.
The Project Quantity Surveyor
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will work on a broad range of interesting & complex projects including Residential, Retail, Industrial, Education, Hotel, and Commercial schemes around the South West.
The role comes with a fast-track progression and a structured & clear pathway to a Senior Quantity Surveyor role. Alongside this, you will be provided with all the tools and support needed to achieve MRICS.
The new Project Quantity Surveyor will be given the opportunity to mentor junior staff members with the idea of prepping you to take on more responsibility and manage in future. For the right individual, there is no ceiling on progression.
The Project Quantity Surveyor
- 3+ years PQS / Consultancy experience
- MRICS or currently working towards
- Construction related degree (QS ideally)
- Strong pre and post contract knowledge
- \xc2\xa340,000 - \xc2\xa350,000
- Car allowance
