About You. We are looking for an additional team member who thinks differently and can bring a fresh approach to the team. We have a great opportunity for a Project Supervisor with experience in delivering multi disciplinary projects. Whilst the role is based at our new office in Tidworth (Near Andover), there will be the opportunity to work from both site and home.

We are also looking for

Previous experience in a similar role. Recognised Civil Engineering experience in a given field (For example, general civils, drainage...) Good knowledge of construction techniques and best practices. Good communication skills (both written and oral)
Key Responsibilities

Collaborating with the Project Manager and the wider team to deliver various schemes. Helping to Co-ordinate and Manage site activities in line with the programme. Reviewing daily outputs achieved and report to the Project Manager and Client teams. Ensuring a quality product is delivered. Undertaking monthly, SHE reviews with suppliers and specialists. Delivering site inductions and regular toolbox talk briefings to the site team covering appropriate Health, Safety and Environmental issues and ensure records of these briefings are maintained. Planning and assisting the wider Construction Management team in the management and delivery of schemes. Liaise with Clients project teams to organise work locations Reviewing programme daily and assist the Project Manager in identifying opportunities. Recording resources and monitor outputs against programme. Demonstrating a personal commitment to implementation of the Project Management Plan and attainment of the stated quality targets

Pay: 45,000.00-55,000.00 per year
