Role Overview:



In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of projects by providing administrative, logistical, and coordination support to the project management team.

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:



Maintain and update project documentation, records, and files, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and reports. Assist in tracking project schedules, milestones, and deadlines. Act as a central point of contact for project-related queries from internal teams Communicate updates and changes to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. Ensure project documentation adheres to health and safety regulations and company policies. Help in preparing compliance documentation for audits and inspections. Tracking and reporting on project snags to upper management and contract management team, including snag allocations, chases and the provision of external snag information to internal stakeholders. Tracking, filing and organising deliverables for work orders and projects on various B2B platforms and on internal networks drives from inception through to completion. Uploading and checking compliance documentation on online platforms. Assist in troubleshooting project-related issues and escalating when necessary. Any other reasonable duties, including covering reception as required. Tasks may vary by project / site

Skills:



Proven experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within the construction or a related industry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with construction terminology, processes, and regulations is highly desirable. A proactive and problem-solving mindset. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Adaptability to handle changing priorities. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
