We are looking for a Project Support Administrator who can provide administrative project support to assist with the planning, monitoring and delivery of programmes and projects t hat support the deliver y of the Psychological Therapies Wor kforce Transformation strategic objectives .
This post is secondment until 31 .03.2026 due to funding.
This post is being offered as a secondment opportunity only. If you wish to apply, you must have your line manager's approval before making an application. This post is for a fixed secondment period but may be extended or made permanent at the end of the secondment period depending on available funding and business requirement.
The post holder will be required to ensure that the portfolio of tasks and projects are planned, managed, and delivered effectively to meet, and exceed where possible, the complex business needs of the HEIW Psychological Therapies Workforce Transformation endeavours.
The post holder will support robust communication and stakeholder management, engaging with a wide ranging and diverse group of individuals and organisations across NHS Wales and other partner organisations, producing work to deadlines whilst ensuring compliance with HEIW policies and procedures. The post holder will need to provide and co-ordinate administrative and secretarial services including the preparation of agendas and minutes and e nsuring that project information is managed and updated to the highest level of quality and accuracy.
The post holder will be expected to work independently, using their own initiative to manage their own portfolio of work, working within defined policies and procedures.
This post is offered as a secondment until April 2026 to meet the needs of the service.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
