Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Support Officer to join a global leading consultancy firm.


Joining our growing internal project management team you'll be based in either our Leeds, Manchester or Leicester office and with flexible working will also have the ability to work from home. With our support, you'll develop a range of valuable skills and knowledge. You'll play an active role in covering clients' needs, across an industry leading range of clients in both the public and private sector. It's vital that you're keen to learn and grow in all of the areas and sectors that we work in. We place great emphasis on developing our people and the opportunity to progress. Due to recent successes, we are looking to grow our team.






Issuing of client reports Filing Uploading appointments to Teams and issuing associated paperwork Issuing of Asbestos Awareness Certificates Sending hotel and travel bookings to the BST team Uploading reports to Ostara Folder creation CAD plan resourcing from Whitbread portal Booking in surveys with clients

About you:






Good attention to detail Proactive and able to work independently Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent time management skills Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Team player with a positive attitude Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure Reliable and trustworthy
