By keeping projects organized, efficient, and on track you will be providing delivery teams with the support needed to succeed. The position



In this role, you will be providing comprehensive project support to the Council's programmes and project delivery, providing timely and accurate information, supporting the development of business cases and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Providing practical and logistical support.

Coordinating meetings and events.

Contributing to programme planning and monitoring.

Managing programme records and data.

Supporting reporting and governance.

This position is offered as hybrid working at County Hall, Morpeth on a 2 year Fixed Term contract, with the possibility of further extension.

Qualifications



To be successful in this role you'll have applied experience in most of the following areas:

Project and change management expertise.

Understanding of governance and delivery frameworks.

Proven experience in supporting project environments and maintaining documentation.

Demonstrated ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

A relevant qualification (NVQ Level 5 or equivalent)

On a personal level you are highly organised and results orientated individual. You are able to effortlessly engage others, building trust and rapport. You thrive working in an agile way, foreseeing potential issues and creatively navigating barriers to delivery.
