As Project Support Officer, you'll be the backbone of our project operations - providing essential administrative and coordination support to the Project Managers and site teams. You'll help ensure the smooth flow of information, documents, and communications across all our projects.
This role suits someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative Support:
Maintain project records, databases, and correspondence. Prepare reports, documents, and meeting notes.

Scheduling:
Assist with scheduling site visits, deliveries, and team activities.
Procurement Support:
Process purchase orders, delivery notes and supplier invoices.

Communication:
Act as a key point of contact between office, workshop, and site teams.

Document Control:
Ensure all project documentation is correctly filed and version controlled.

Compliance:
Support health and safety administration, including induction packs and training records.

Reporting:
Assist with compiling project performance data and progress reports.
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
- A practical thinker with a sharp eye for detail, a results-driven mindset and comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Calm under pressure, quick to adapt, and
relentless in pursuit of excellence
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or joinery preferred.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Keen to learn and develop within a small, high-performing team.
- Enhanced DBS check will be required on successful appointment to this role
- Full UK Driving Licence to enable travel to client sites
