Are you a motivated and confident construction professional with strong commercial expertise? Skanska is seeking a

Project Surveyor

to join our commercial building project team in London. You will play a pivotal role in the commercial management and successful delivery of a medium to large-scale construction project valued at 100m.

What you'll do:



Control project cost management and provide regular financial reports Administer contract documents and manage change control processes timely Monitor project costs and prepare accurate forecasts including CVRs Manage subcontractor agreements, valuations, and payments Lead dispute resolution procedures effectively Support design change management aligned with project strategy Maintain comprehensive records and ensure compliance with company policies Foster a motivated, inclusive, and respectful team environment Develop team members through leadership and progression plans

What you'll bring to the role:



Strong experience in CVRs, reporting, and forecasting on large build projects (30m+) Proven ability managing multiple subcontract packages (5-20m) Working knowledge of construction contracts (JCT, NEC, Bespoke) BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline Preferably ICES or RICS qualified or working towards accreditation SMSTS qualified with relevant CSCS card Excellent communication skills with clients and supply chain Skilled in Excel and knowledgeable of NRM Rules, construction processes, legal contracts, and health & safety standards
