We are looking for someone with dedication, passion and ability to join us as a Projects Administrator. You will be responsible for the logistics of hardware within the Project Services Team, as well as other ad-hoc administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities




Management of client RMA cases. Organising and agreeing the installation of additional equipment ordered by existing clients. Supply chain management. Internal Stock control. Ordering equipment. Liaising with 3rd party partners to deliver staging and installation. Remote installation of equipment into a client site. Assisting the Onboarding Team. Supporting the Project Team with Administrative tasks such as, but not exclusive to; Calendar invites, project timelines, job sheets, client communication, equipment ordering. Facilitating the onboarding of new sites for existing clients. Testing untested hardware. Staging and setting up internal equipment. System Build. Inputting new projects and additional hardware orders on to our Project Management Software. Ensure systems are followed to provide a safe working environment, with a culture of safety first. As part of a small team, other tasks within your capabilities may be required on an ad hoc basis, and your job description does not limit the range of tasks that may be required.



Required Skills, Experience & Personal Qualities




Ability to work in a fast-paced environment e.g., in a quick turnover facility. Ability to understand the customer needs and balance against the business requirements. Excellent verbal and formal communication skills, critical reasoning skills, able to communicate clearly and succinctly and adapt to customer needs. Proactive logical approach to problem solving utilising lean principles and business process tools. Ability to work to critical timelines. Ability to make sound risk-based decisions. Strong analytical skills, including advanced use of Excel.



Pay & Hours of Work





In addition to the usual Tevalis benefits, this role attracts a starting salary of 26,000 per annum based on 37.5 hours per week.

This is an office-based role at Bridgehead Business Park, Hessle.
