Project Assistant
to join our dynamic Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in supplier coordination and a keen interest in the wellness and luxury interiors sector.
Job Overview
The Project Assistant will support the Projects Team in the successful planning, coordination, and execution of swimming pool and wellness installation projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience dealing with suppliers and contractors, possess strong administrative and communication skills, and be confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day project coordination tasks
Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, track orders, and manage delivery schedules
Support procurement processes, ensuring materials and products are sourced on time and within budget
Maintain accurate project documentation, including purchase orders, delivery notes, and supplier communications
Coordinate logistics for project installations, working closely with internal teams and external contractors
Monitor project timelines and flag potential delays or issues to relevant stakeholders
Attend project meetings and record minutes where necessary
Support with site preparation, documentation, and compliance as required
Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes and supplier management
Skills
Proven experience working with suppliers in a construction, manufacturing, or wellness-related industry
Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Confident communicator, both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with project management tools and procurement systems is a plus
Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset
Knowledge of wellness products (saunas, pools, spas, etc.) is desirable but not essential
Full UK driving licence is a plus
