What it means to be a Project Associate at N Family Club...
Our Project Associate provides administrative and organisational support to the property team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and by project specifications. This role involves coordinating project tasks, managing documentation, assisting with project scheduling, and providing support to project managers and other team members

This role requires an organised and systematic approach, with a dedication to efficient programme management. Key Responsibilities



Administrative Support:

Assist in preparing project proposals, contracts, and other documentation. Organize and maintain project files, documents, and records. Schedule meetings, track progress, and maintain agendas for project team meetings.
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

Project Coordination:

Support the project manager in planning, executing, and closing projects. Assist with monitoring project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met. Help organize project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Coordinate and communicate with project team members, stakeholders, and suppliers Track and report project milestones and progress to the team and senior management.
Maintain up-to-date project schedules, timelines, and other planning tools.

Communication:

Facilitate communication between the project manager, team members, suppliers and contractors
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and project updates for internal and external audiences.

Procurement and Resource Management:

Assist in sourcing and procuring materials and resources as required by the project. Maintain inventory of project-related materials and equipment.
Track and report on the status of purchased goods and services.

Other Duties:

Provide general support to the project team as needed. Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise



Experience:

Proven experience in an administrative or project support role (e.g., project assistant, coordinator). Experience within the construction industry is preferred. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, or others).


Competencies:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with project management software is a plus. Great practical knowledge of IT systems and willingness to develop skills Self-starter approach, you'll be working independently Relentless in the pursuit of success - you'll be target-driven, hungry for success and results-focussed Strong decision-making ability, and a desire to drive change and improvements
