Role profile
We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our Projects team in Bristol.
This role will support our lawyers in delivering a high-quality service in complex and high-profile projects across multiple sectors.
This is a permanent role based in our Bristol office with the opportunity for some home working.
The Team
Our Projects team at Osborne Clarke is highly experienced and operates across multiple sectors, including infrastructure, energy, real estate and technology. The team handles complex projects and contractual structures, providing strategic advice and managing legal risks.
The Projects team is made up of 10 Partners, 1 Legal Director, 4 Associate Directors, 7 Senior Associates, 3 Associates alongside 2 Trainee Solicitors and 2 Solicitor Apprentices across the Bristol and London offices
What you will do
The Projects Paralegal will provide exceptional administrative support to our fee earners. In addition, you will:

• Ensure the efficient handling of a high volume and range of legal documents, including contract production and automation, file opening.
• Support billing processes, fee estimates, and ensure precise invoicing.
• Build and maintain strong internal and client relationships.
• Maintain accurate case files, proactively streamlining processes where possible.
• Assist the team in asset management and post-completion processes.

What you will have
You will have some level of experience working as a Paralegal or within a legal team. Experience with any of the above responsibilities would be beneficial but are not a prerequisite as full training will be provided. In addition, you will need:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• The ability to prioritise requests and manage your own workload.
• To work to strict deadlines and ensure these are recorded accurately.
