Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to promote products and services. Distribute promotional materials and samples to potential customers. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations during events. Maintain a positive attitude while working in fast-paced environments. Gather feedback from customers to help improve future promotions. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all activities.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or promotional roles is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Bilingual abilities are an advantage, enhancing interaction with a broader customer base. A keen interest in marketing and promotional strategies is beneficial. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. A proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a team environment are essential.
