The Role
We are seeking a confident, motivated and efficient
Property Acquisitions Associate
to support our Acquisitions team through the property search process.
The primary focus of this role is supporting property finders, managing client enquiries, coordinating property viewings and uploading feedback reports into our software platform. Your excellent communication, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and interest in real estate will be key to your success in this role.
This role reports to the
Property Acquisitions Manager
and works closely with them to ensure programme delivery aligns with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Acquisitions team with a range of responsibilities including maintaining and updating property listings in our in-house portals SimplyFind and Iris, ensuring all information is accurate and current (full training will be given).
Conduct preliminary property searches based on client requirements and preferences.
Manage and organise client documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Answer phone calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service, and responding with accurate information or passing on to the relevant team.
Coordinate and schedule property viewings, liaising with viewing agents and estate agents.
Build relationships internally and with external stakeholders and you will be good at negotiating and problem-solving.
Support the Property Acquisitions team in all administrative tasks, as well as wider teams where required.
Continuously update your knowledge of the social housing sector including Government initiatives to help alleviate the housing crisis.
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in an office or administrative role is desirable, ideally in an estate agency or property business.
Technology skills - competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn how new systems work.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise and organise workload effectively with high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Salary and Benefits
Salary from
28,000 - 30,000 per year
based on experience, with opportunities for growth.
