About the Role



We are excited to be expanding our team to support the delivery of our business strategy. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive

Acquisitions Associate

to support our Acquisition, Transactions, and Operations teams.

This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for process-driven work. You will be responsible for helping to move property transactions smoothly from sourcing through to completion and handover, ensuring every step is carefully monitored and delivered on time.

This role would suit someone who has experience in a property or estate agency business; however, this is not essential for the role. If you have a keen attention to detail and confidence to work with a variety of stakeholders, this could be the next opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:



Own and manage key tasks and due diligence processes, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation. Provide administrative and operational support to the Acquisitions, Transactions, and Operations teams. Use internal systems to manage and track property transactions from sourcing through to completion. Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to progress transactions efficiently. Escalate issues or delays promptly to the relevant team leads. Prepare reports and maintain accurate transaction records. Assist in improving internal processes and contributing ideas for efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills



Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in spoken and written English. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Proactive, with the ability to take initiative and adapt quickly. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Basic understanding or interest in property, legal, or administrative processes.

Preferred Experience



Previous experience in real estate, property transactions, legal support, or administrative roles (desirable but not essential). Familiarity with CRM or transaction management systems.

Salary and Benefits:
