UK developers and housebuilders

to secure property for our investor network. We're a tight team who move quickly, communicate constantly, and don't get bogged down in corporate layers.

What the job actually involves

Building relationships with developers, land & new homes teams, receivers, landlords, etc. Finding and securing deals: new-build schemes, off-market blocks, motivated sales, auctions Negotiating realistic terms developers can deliver on Keeping momentum: following up, chasing legals, tracking your pipeline Getting out from behind a desk, with meetings, viewings, site visits and events benig key to your success
You'll do well in this role if:

You have

2+ years' experience

in property investments, new homes, acquisition, or similar You're confident speaking with decision makers and don't shy away from picking up the phone You understand the basic 'property' terminology and are efficient in your day to day tasks You're self motivated and have a 'Go get it' attitude Are commercially sharp with an eye for numbers and potential returns
This role isn't for somone to be taught property from scratch - we need someone who can contribute quickly.
