As our Property Acquisitions Coordinator, you'll play a key role in driving our property acquisition process, from assessing potential properties to supporting our Property Acquisitions Manager with detailed due diligence and investment insights.

You'll be at the heart of our property journey, helping to ensure every acquisition meets our high standards while supporting our Customer Account Managers in delivering the best outcomes for customers.
This is a fulltime permanent position, based in our large open-plan Worthing town-centre office. The salary for this role is up to 26,000 per annum based on experience.
What You'll Be Doing
Property Research & Due Diligence
Conduct due diligence on potential customer properties, ensuring accurate, thorough, and timely reporting.
Carry out reviews to evaluate property suitability and market potential.
Complete all property-related reports, including checks, assessments, and investment details, to support the wider team and senior management.
Compile and maintain up-to-date property investment details for internal records and client use.
Agent & Market Engagement
Register with new and existing estate agents to build and maintain strong working relationships.
Collaborate closely with agents to obtain updates on listings, offers, and progress, providing valuable insight and feedback to Customer Account Managers.
Property reports
Liaising with estate agents and trades people to organise any further reports required after surveys.
Keeping track of required reports and providing updates on their progress.
Team Support & Collaboration
Partner with the Property Acquisitions Manager to streamline processes and ensure efficient completion of due diligence and reporting tasks.
Support the wider Property Team and Sales team by sharing property insights and identifying opportunities that align with customer needs.
Provide cover and continuity during annual leave or busy periods, ensuring consistency across administration, property and sales teams.
Quality & Compliance
Oversee property report coordination and ensure all necessary checks are completed for compliance and safety.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, documentation, and communication throughout all property activities.
What You'll Need
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications and software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
