The Role
We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a keen interest in property.
This full-time position would be on a maternity cover basis with the potential of this role turning permanent based on business needs at the time of review.
The successful candidate would be the first point of contact for the department whether that be by email or telephone call. You would also be responsible for organising and booking property viewings through our bespoke software and Microsoft Outlook; Managing multiple diaries; archiving; social media posts for the department and general admin tasks would also form part of this role.
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will be:
A highly organised and efficient individual who can juggle multiple tasks at a time
Have an excellent telephone manner
Have basic computer skills as well as experience using Outlook
Be a team player but also able to work independently with minimal supervision
This role will be in-office, offering a collaborative working environment in the heart of Inverness.
