Overview



We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our property management operations. This position requires strong administrative skills, excellent telephone manner, and a proactive approach to upselling services. You will act as the main point of contact for tenants, contractors, and internal teams, managing a variety of administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities



Manage day-to-day administrative tasks associated with property management. Handle tenant communications, including responding to enquiries and processing maintenance requests. Answer telephone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenancies, agreements, and property documentation. Carry out data entry tasks efficiently, including rent collection, service charge administration, and arrears monitoring. Coordinate repairs, maintenance works, and property inspections with contractors and suppliers. Produce reports on occupancy levels, tenant feedback, and other relevant metrics. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, while delivering outstanding customer service. Prepare documentation and reports for internal use and client meetings. Support adherence to health and safety regulations and relevant property legislation.

Experience & Skills



Previous experience in an administrative role within property management or a related sector. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional telephone manner. Experience in upselling or a sales-focused role is advantageous. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g. Landlord Vision). Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Knowledge of tenancy legislation and property compliance (preferred but not essential).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-27,500.00 per year
