Job Description

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:



To provide support to the Directors in any administrative duties to allow them to focus on delivering the future developmental growth of the business.

KEY RESULT AREAS:



1. Support the Commercial Projects manager in ensuring all customer storage is accurately reported and invoiced.

2. Responsible for all aspects of financial record keeping, purchase and sales invoices, banking, VAT, liaison with credit control and payroll.

3. Responsible for the accurate maintenance and management of property records.

4. Support the existing management team with administrative assistance on new projects, maintenance strategy and acquisition opportunities.

5. Be the administrative point of contact when managing new rental and storage opportunities.

6. Responsible for the co-ordination of the marketing strategy and advertising storage and rental opportunities.

7. Work with the Marketing Team to help create and update a company brochure/website detailing availability and business capabilities.

8. Work with the existing management team and Industry Specialists in coordinating the future development of GF1 Sites.

Day shift Monday to Friday
