Are you an experienced property professional looking for your next opportunity within a dynamic and supportive law firm? We're seeking a Property Assistant to join our Hull team and play a key role in delivering exceptional client service in residential property transactions.


This is a fantastic chance to bring your knowledge and skills to a collaborative environment where your expertise will make a real impact. You'll work closely with experienced fee earners, manage varied tasks, and contribute to the smooth progression of property matters.

What you'll do:



Support the Conveyancing Team by managing files and taking ownership of tasks to ensure timely and accurate progression of matters. Handle routine and complex client enquiries professionally, maintaining high standards of service. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external contacts such as estate agents and solicitors. Draft and prepare legal documents, including completion statements, accounts, and correspondence. Uphold the firm's values, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

What we're looking for:



Previous experience in property administration or residential conveyancing is essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and client care skills. Proficient IT skills and attention to detail. A proactive approach and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
