We're seeking someone with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail to join our busy Louth team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced fee earners, contribute to high-quality client service, and gain hands-on experience in residential property transactions. Responsibilities:



Support the Conveyancing Team by assisting with files and taking ownership of tasks when required, ensuring smooth progression of matters. Deliver exceptional client service by handling routine and complex enquiries professionally, seeking guidance when needed to ensure client satisfaction. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external contacts, including estate agents and solicitors, ensuring messages are conveyed clearly and promptly. Draft legal documents such as completion statements, accounts, and correspondence, contributing to the efficient handling of domestic conveyancing work. Uphold the firm's values and behaviours, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Skills requited:



Ability to plan and prioritise work activities Balancing requirements of separate Fee Earners Strong communication and client care skills Excellent organisation and administration skills Proficient IT skills Attention to detail

Experience in property administration is desirable but not essential.
