With a proven track record of success in the local property market, they pride themselves on providing exceptional service to our clients. They are now seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Consultant to join their sales team. They offer a basic salary of circa \xc2\xa320K and OTE of \xc2\xa327K-\xc2\xa330K plus car or car allowance.

Responsibilities for this Property Consultant role will include:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs and preferences.
• Conduct property viewings, providing expert advice and information to potential buyers.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
• Stay up-to-date with local property market trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.

Skills & Experience for this Property Consultant role:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the local property market in Ingatestone and surrounding areas.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
