Property Conveyancer / Solicitor (part Office, Part Remote)

Job Description
We're looking for an experienced conveyancer or solicitor to join our busy property team. The role is mainly handling straightforward residential transactions - typically freehold houses priced 400k-1m, mostly buy-to-let purchases through various SPVs in the group. All funding is arranged through one lender using a revolving credit line.
Key Duties:
Handle full end-to-end residential transactions Order and review searches (local authority, drainage, environmental, etc.) Obtain indemnity insurance quotes and arrange policies where needed Manage BTL/SPV purchases and drawdowns Review contracts, raise enquiries, manage completions Submit SDLT returns and Land Registry applications Maintain accurate files and keep clients updated
Key Skills:
Solid residential conveyancing experience Comfortable managing volume independently Attention to detail and risk awareness Confident with lender and third-party communication Strong organisation and time management Familiar with digital conveyancing tools and systems
