Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and professional Property Coordinator to work closely with our Property Director. This is a unique role, working with the UKs largest pop - up retailer. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all information, reports and communication is in place to secure the stores for the trading season. This role requires effective communication, administrative capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities



Gather the previous years data on stores, sales, rents, other costs, and prepare a contribution analysis per store and prepare summaries by landlord Update all relevant databases and reports in preparation for the coming Season Provide admin assistance for Property Director, sending out emails, offers, following up on phone calls. Liaising with Property Director, agents, TMs, solicitors, landlords, and Head Office staff on legal status of all properties, and open and close dates Liaising with Property Director on opening and closing dates, monitoring store trading days against targets Reading all the licences thoroughly checking for specific clauses and amending as required Setting store budgets based on info from Property Director Send out weekly updates to the whole company on latest property info Signing off rent payments for the accounts department Preparing end of year turnover certificates

Requirements



Proven experience in property coordination or a similar role is preferred. Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills. Proficiency in use of Windows software, and strong Excel skills are essential. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy, articulate, with a good level of comprehension, and an excellent level spelling and grammar for dealing with solicitors and landlords A proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
