We are seeking a highly organised and driven Property Coordinator to join our dynamic lettings team. This varied and rewarding role combines office-based administrative duties with out-of-office responsibilities such as conducting property viewings. It is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a desire to deliver outstanding service to both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property viewings and provide timely feedback to landlords.
Act as a first point of contact for tenant queries, arranging access and resolving issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and ensure administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.
Assist the team in achieving departmental targets and deadlines.
Coordinate appointments, manage calendars, and support the lettings process from enquiry through to tenancy.
Represent the company professionally both in the office and on the move.
Requirements:
Preferred previous administrative experience, ideally within the property sector or another customer-focused environment.
Full, clean UK driving licence (essential).
Confident, professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience using property management software is preferred.
Availability to work Saturdays (10:00am-4:00pm) on a rotation basis is required, with time given back in lieu.
