Lafford Homes are seeking a proactive and ambitious individual to take ownership of our growing property portfolio. This role goes beyond basic admin - it's a hands-on, varied position ideal for someone with a genuine interest in property management and operational delivery.

Hybrid - Sleaford, Lincolnshire

24,000 - 30,000 (DOE)

Key responsibilities



Co-ordinate property viewings, tenant applications, and property designation. Manage void properties, including scheduling works and ensuring compliance (e.g. gas safety, EPCs). Conduct pre-tenancy inspections, inventories & termination checks. Oversee day-to-day repairs and update the repairs diary. Liaise with contractors and monitor service contracts (e.g. grounds maintenance). Maintain accurate records and assist with performance monitoring (void turnaround, rent loss, etc.) Support marketing efforts and tenant communication (property listings, customer surveys etc.). Respond to enquiries and help resolve tenant issues and complaints.

Your experience:



Essential:

Full driving license and access to a vehicle. Experience in property or tenancy management. Confident communicator with strong organisational skills. Knowledge of landlord responsibilities and compliance (e.g. Right to Rent, safety checks). Comfortable using Microsoft Office and property systems. Able to manage your own workload and travel to sites as needed.
Desirable:

Knowledge of tenancy law and housing regulations Experience in voids and repairs co-ordination. Familiarity with KPI reporting and housing regulations.

Working Conditions



This is a hybrid role, with a mix of home working, office attendance and site visits across Lincolnshire. The role requires a valid driving license and access to a vehicle. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for inspections or tenant meetings.
