We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our commercial property development company Touchstone Developments & Investments team, a subsidiary of the Chrysalis Group. As a Property & Planning Development Co-ordinator you will support the Group CEO with day-to-day and planning functions to meet Group strategy and commercial development deadlines

The Chrysalis Group comprises specialist commercial and not-for-profit organisations with expertise, accreditation, and awards spanning supported housing, support services, and property development.

Each subsidiary plays a key role in supporting vulnerable individuals and communities while meeting the Group's strategic objectives.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has relevant qualifications or experience in either Planning, Architecture, Construction Management or Civil or Building Engineering and well used to project management in your specialised area to play a pivotal role in our mission to support vulnerable communities while developing your own skills.

The role involves communicating with planning departments, architects, building regulation departments, local authorities, subcontractors, and other suppliers, while coordinating all contracted work specifications and designs. You will also visit, sites before, during and post development completion for quality control and quality assurance purposes.
