Position Summary

Cav Clear Ltd is looking for a Surveyor to join our team. The Surveyor is responsible for completing and submitting surveys to ensure accurate reporting of the property condition.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of staff and management Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license Basic computer skills required, data entry experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Complete home surveys as directed by the Community Manager or Property Manager Submit completed surveys to the appropriate department(s) as directed by the department(s) concerned. Complete all required paperwork and reports in a timely manner. Communicate with the appropriate staff as directed by the property manager or property manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 500.00-700.00 per week
